Dean Frank specializes in QA/QC and Sustainability for the concrete and precast concrete industries, having served over 10-years as the Director of Quality and Sustainability Programs at the Precast/Prestressed Concrete Institute (PCI), 6-years as the Director of Technical Services at the National Precast Concrete Association (NPCA), and as an auditor for NPCA, and the American Concrete Pipe Association (ACPA).

– Currently serving as the Executive Director at NEU: An ACI Center of Excellence for Carbon Neutral Concrete.

– Broad experience in the building and construction industry, including consulting engineering and design, problem solving for existing structures, green building, and leadership positions.
