Proven expertise in project management and leadership roles. Holds a Master of Science in Engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and advanced studies in Strategic Management and Leadership from Universidad de Los Andes, Colombia, where also obtained her Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering. Currently CEO and co-founder of Tafur Marín Ingeniería Estructural S.A.S., re-elected Board od Direction member of ASCE International Region until 2027, and Secretary of the Board of the Colombian Society of Structural Engineers 2023-2025.
